Renew my Registration

Renewing Registrations Online:

You can renew your registration online if:

  • Your vehicle is or has been registered in the Northern Territory
  • You have already submitted your vehicle inspection report (if your vehicle is due for an inspection)
  • You are a resident of the Northern Territory
  • Your vehicle is NOT due for a roadworthy inspection
  • Your vehicle is not suspended or defected and your vehicle registration must not be cancelled
Contact details changed? Before you renew your registration, if your mailing address has changed you must update it with MVR.
Concession card holder? If you hold an NT Concession Scheme card, you must have it registered with MVR to have a discount applied. Read more about concession cards you can use at MVR.
