In order to update your contact details or request a replacement licence card, you must have recorded your email address with MVR or be registered to receive SMS messages from MVR. This is because a Two-Factor Authentication code will be required to proceed, and the code will be sent to one of these two nominated options

Update your contact details if your address or other contact details have changed.

You will need your customer ID shown at the top of MVR notices and either your licence number or vehicle number plate.

You can order a replacement licence card if your licence has been stolen, damaged, or lost.

You can renew if your vehicle inspection report has been submitted to MVR. You can submit your report by email or via the NT REGO app, please wait one business day before renewing.

You will need your vehicle number plate and transaction number shown on your registration renewal notice or SMS notification.

You can renew your licence for one, two or five years.

You will need your licence number on your NT licence card and transaction number shown on your licence renewal notice or SMS notification.
